THE BRONX CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOUNDATION PRESENTS
Women of Distinction Luncheon
2022
The annual Women of Distinction Luncheon - one of our Signature Events - was back in person again this year at Villa Barone Manor, hosted by the Bronx Chamber of Commerce Foundation! It was wonderful to be in the company of borough business & community leaders to celebrate Women’s History Month and raise support to award 17 scholarships to young Bronx women who have demonstrated academic excellence.
This year, we honored Christine Croke, RN, patient care coordinator in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the Montefiore Weiler Hospital/Einstein Campus, for her extraordinary contributions to Bronx patients, families and her colleagues during the peak of the pandemic. Celeste M. Johnson of NYS Department of Health served as Keynote Speaker, along with Juliet Papa of 1010WINS Radio as Emcee.
