Program Structure & Logistics

The NextUp Leadership Lab balances interactive, cohort-based sessions with flexible digital learning to accommodate busy professionals.

DURATION

Eight 2-hour hybrid workshops (in-person & virtual sessions).

BETTERCULTURE CONTENT

Full access to 56 video lessons broken down into 7 foundational leadership principles, a comprehensive companion study guide, and dedicated self-study/reflection periods between live sessions.

LEARNING MODEL

Facilitator-led collaborative live sessions paired with on-demand modules and structured group problem-solving frameworks.

LONG-TERM ASSET

Graduation isn't the end. Participants retain continued post-program access to the digital resource vault and are automatically plugged into the NextUp alumni networking circle.
