Crescent Consulting provides AA/EEO compliance management and consulting services for companies in the construction industry. Based in Peekskill, New York, Crescent is comprised of knowledgeable professionals with significant experience in managing and administrating affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and diversity programs.
A foundation built on experience
Crescent was founded by partners Rohan de Freitas and Luis Segarra, each with over 25 years of construction industry experience providing compliance solutions and strategies to clients across the nation. Crescent has successfully administrated AA/ EEO programs in New York, Washington D.C., Maryland, North Carolina and Florida areas.
What we do
Crescent reviews plans and advises contractors on the techniques related to permitted site construction for compliance with adopted standards and general industry standards. Crescent's project managers perform site inspections and provides plan review comments and reports regularly to ensure the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) requirements of a contract are enforced through Contract Compliance Reviews (CCR).
