At the Bronx chamber we are always looking for new talented people to join us.

We looking for full time, part time, event volunteers, project coordinates, greeters, students job programs, etc.

We keep many resumes on file and when we are need to staff up we always call from that file.

Requirements:

At least 3 years in an administrative or venue related field.

Some collage or certification a plus.

Must be able to troubleshoot problems independently.

Must have Phone and message keeping skills.

Having own transportation a plus.

Must be Punctual, no exceptions.

Willing to work long or off hours.

Must be accessible for work within 24-48 hours. (for events)

Must have organizational skills.

Must have proper verbal and writing skills.

Must have neat and professional appearance.

A excellent understanding of technology using Microsoft Office products, Database up keeping, Data Backup procedures, Fax machines, digital phones, Network logins and security procedures, MS Outlook and emailing systems.

Must have filing an clerical skills.

Research and Marketing Experience a plus.

Bi-lingual a plus.
